Thomas Kenney
tkenney@9elephants.org
On A Lot Like You, Tom wore all the hats you could imagine as half of a two-person crew making a film in a developing country: director, gaffer, production designer, interviewer and so on.
Since returning to Seattle at the end of 2004, he has been working in a wide variety of production roles with the intent of honing his skills as a director and producer. In addition to various projects for 9elephants, he is also producing and developing a feature set to begin filming in late August.
Prior to being a filmmaker, Tom worked as an engineer and scientist in the biotech and aerospace industries. While not directly applicable, his technical background has made for an easy transition into videography.
